4. Discussion and possible vote to set a date, time, and place for a hearing based upon receipt of the Superintendent’s recommendation for the termination of Shilo Thompson from employment.

5. Consideration and vote to direct the Superintendent to mail a copy of the recommendation to Shilo Thompson and to notify Shilo Thompson of his/her right to a hearing and the date, time, and place of the hearing.
