Discussion:
Mrs. Harrison reported that there are currently no new changes from the State Department of Education regarding Title IX. However, she is actively monitoring for any updates. |

5. Principal & Athletic Director Reports
Discussion:
Elementary Report: November Events Mrs. Harrison presented the Elementary report for November. They celebrated Veterans Day at 1:00 p.m. on the 11th. World Kindness Day was observed on the 13th. The 2nd Gobble Gala was held, and Thanksgiving break was from the 24th to the 28th. Red Ribbon Week was a success, thanks to Officer Goucher and the volunteer firefighters. Trick the Halls was a great success, with many parents and guardians participating alongside our students. The Pep Rally went well, and the Owls of the Month were chosen and celebrated! Secondary Report: November Highlights Miss Cramer presented the November report for the Secondary School. Middle School:

Athletic Report Miss Cramer also presented the Athletic Report. The basketball games have started off on a positive note, with a strong lineup and enthusiastic support. |

6. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Mrs. Jones presented the Superintendent's report for November, including updates on OSIG Insurance. The report detailed the revised minimum requirements, now set between 1-2 million. |

7. Presentation of Board Member Credit Points.
Discussion:
Mrs. Jones provided the Board Member Credit Points requirements for each member, along with the year-to-date totals. |

8. Presentation and information from NextPhase Roofing Construction.
Discussion:
NextPhase Roofing has provided their proposals, highlighting Priority Emergency Service, Routine Maintenance, and Trusted Contractor Partnerships for commercial properties, schools, and churches. |

9. Public Comment
Ninnekah Public Schools Policy AF Adopted August 18th, 2022 Public Participation at Board Meetings: The purpose of a Board meeting is for the Board to conduct district's business and deliberate and act upon matters before the Board, unless the Board is specifically conducting a public hearing on a matter. The public is encouraged to attend and to observe meetings of the Board and to participate whenever a public hearing is being held. Members of the public shall not be recognized while the Board is conducting its official business. Public participation time will be available at all regular meetings. Persons may complete the required form and request to address the Board during the Public Comment section of the agenda so long as such request is made more than twenty-fours hours prior to the posting of the agenda. If the request to address the Board is approved, each person or group addressing the Board shall be allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board on matters/items which are listed on the agenda. Groups consisting of three (3) or more persons shall designate a spokesperson who shall speak for and represent the group. The Board President will recognize speakers, maintain proper order, and comply with time limits. Persons addressing the board shall not be permitted to engage in defamatory conduct and shall not engage in disruptive behavior. The Board will not tolerate personal attacks on members of the Board, the administrative staff, or any employee. Board Members and District Administrative Staff are not required to respond to questions or comments from the public since doing so could be in violation of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. The Board will not take any action on an item addressed by the public unless such item is properly posted on the agenda as an action item or is properly considered new business as defined by law.

Billy Crab, a former Board Member and a staunch advocate for Ninnekah Schools, expressed his support regarding oil rights and offered assistance wherever the school may need it. |
