Discussion:
Student enrollment as of November 1, 2023, was 2,094 students. This is 113 fewer students than this time last year.

Boldt Roof Report
Discussion:
The roof at Ramer Gym is almost complete. A new purchase order to repair the soffits at the gym which needed repairs was created since this was not included in the original quote.

Discussion of one-time site expenditures for the 2023-2024 school year.
Discussion:
Mr. Blessington requested each principal make a list of needs for their site. There will be several purchases made in the next couple of months that will fulfill these needs.

Presentation of Harrah Middle School Addition Slab Movement Investigation Report by ZFI Engineering.

Discussion:
John Bocox, ZFI Engineering, spoke about his findings on the middle school investigation of slab movement. Mr. Bocox recommended more testing be completed before repairs are made. Once again, he stated that he did not see any structural problems.

Discussion:
Three bids were received for the demolition of the old music room at Russell Babb Elementary. Mr. Blessington recommended that the board approve the lowest bid from K & M Wrecking for $24,140.

Discuss and take possible action on the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) contract agreement for the school year 2023-2024.

Shawna Keene, Special Education Director, recommended that the board approve the contract with a speech pathologist/behavior specialist for the District for the 2023-2024 school year.

This is a yearly requirement, we will start approving this requirement in August when we approve other annual items. Sports that have sanctioned booster clubs include band, basketball, baseball, cheer, football, pom, soccer, softball, swimming, track, and wrestling.
