Discussion:
Fund balances as of 6/30/2024 are as follows: General Fund - $5,395,074.05; Building Fund - $5,238.932.65; and Child Nutrition Fund - $964,872.44.

Construction Update
Discussion:
Construction on the new wrestling facility continues. The completion date is expected to be October 1. The road is scraped out and some tree removal is going on on the north side of the new parent loop at Harrah Middle School. They hope to have the loop ready for the first day of school except for the road striping, which should be completed by September 3rd. Discussion has begun on the next project which is Russell Babb Elementary. Bids will be presented to the board at the October and December board meetings. The old piping demo has begun at the pool. They are also replacing the tile on the pool deck. The carpet and flooring replacement at Clara Reynolds Elementary and Virginia Smith Elementary have started.
