Discussion:
Mr. Swan read the following statement:
The board of education including Kevin McBrayer, Mike Calhoun, Chris Monden, Trey Swan, and Paul Blessington went into executive session at 5:36 p.m. pursuant to O.S. Section 307 (B)(7) to consider the appeal of a denied student transfer with a review of confidential educational records and transfer request of student whereby disclosures of any additional information could potentially violate FERPA. During the executive session, David Hairell and Student A and their family were invited in. Nothing else was discussed and no action was taken. The board acknowledges returning to open session at 6:50 p.m. |
