1. CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - Per Board Policy BED (LOCAL), public comments for special meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.  Individuals who wish to participate in public comment must sign up at the location noted above between 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. before the Board meeting.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION

3.A. Real Property
To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person

3.B. Personnel
To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including Board members, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee

3.C. Consultation with Attorney
To consult with its attorney when the Board seeks advice about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer, or when the attorney will have an ethical duty of confidentiality
