1. CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS-Per Board Policy BED (LOCAL), public comments for special meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.  Individuals who wish to participate in public comment must sign up between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

3. EXECUTIVE SESSION

3.A. Real Property-To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person (Texas Government Code 551.072)

3.B. Personnel-To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including Board members, or to hear a complaint, or charge against an officer or employee (Texas Government Code 551.074)

3.C. Consultation with Attorney
To consult with its attorney when the Board seeks advice about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer, or when the attorney will have an ethical duty of confidentiality (Texas Government Code 551.071)

4.A. Information       Discussion of Voter Approved Tax Ratification Election and Priorities Including Providing Competitive Compensation for Teachers and Staff, Staffing for Student Growth, and Funding Safety Initiatives

4.B. Information       Discussion of 2024 Facilities Bond Committee Bond Project Recommendations and Tax Rate Implications
