1. CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH A QUORUM

2. PUBLIC COMMENTS-Per Board Policy BED (LOCAL), public comments for special meetings shall be limited to items on the agenda.  Individuals who wish to participate in public comment must sign up between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

3. CLOSED SESSION

To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the Board's position in negotiations with a third person (Texas Government Code 551.072)

To deliberate the development, or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel devices or a security audit (Texas Government Code 551.076)
