6.A. Adopt Resolution #23-40 authorizing the Superintendent to execute an agreement with FGM Architects to provide site evaluation services for a potential high school project on an emergent basis and in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00.

6.B. Adopt Resolution #23-41 authorizing the Superintendent to execute an agreement with TWM (Thouvenot, Wade, Moerchen) to provide surveyor services for a potential high school project on the emergent basis and in the amount not to exceed $40,000.00.
