8.A. Approve the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for Heather Fouts, teacher, effective September 23, 2024, through December 16, 2024. Ms. Fouts will be using her accumulated sick and personal leave days in conjunction with her FMLA. Commencement or termination of this leave may be adjusted.

Mr. Crook would also like to reserve the right to apply for any additional state retirement incentives that may become available before his retirement date.
