City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this alley paving was petitioned in and they didn't do anything with LB840. It went over budget by around $67,000 because it had a really soft base. It had to be over-excavated and then a lot of rebar and other things like that had to be done. It was a really expensive project to be assessed to all the businesses. Ourada asked the advisory board if there was interest in doing some assistance like 50/50 on that paving. LB840 Advisory Board Chair Manny Dimas asked if that would be helping the business or the City. Ourada explained that would helping businesses. The LB840 Advisory Board members asked if they could please get more information on the total cost of the project. Ourada explained that information would be emailed to them so they can look it over before the next meeting.
