3.A. Consider Resolution 2026-25 Master Fee Schedule 
Discussion:
The Resolution 2026-25 Master Fee Schedule includes the increase to the ambulance rates.The new rates were figured by looking at the industry rate ranges.

3.B. Ordinance 2283 Setting Salaries and Wages for FY26-27
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that some of the positions had a salary increase and some did not. The ones that did not are the areas that don't have a person in there or had a person in there that did not qualify for retirement. The increase is strictly for the 1% retirement, so there are no actual raises involved.
