3. Motion, discussion, and vote to enter into executive session with the Superintendent and District’s attorney for the following purposes:

(1)          Confidential communications between the Board and the District’s attorney concerning the pending lawsuit involving Specific Disabled Child “A”, Avila v. Collinsville Public Schools, et al, Case No. 26-CV-00060, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by the District’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4), (6) & (7);

(2)          Confidential communications between the Board and the District’s attorney concerning the pending lawsuit involving Specific Disabled Child “B”, Hamilton v. Collinsville Public Schools, et al, Case No. 26-CV-00061, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by the District’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4), (6) & (7);

(3)          Confidential communications between the Board and the District’s attorney concerning the pending lawsuit involving Specific Disabled Child “C”, Linker v. Collinsville Public Schools, et al, Case No. 26-CV-00056, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by the District’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4), (6) & (7).

(4)          Confidential communications between the Board and the District’s attorney concerning the pending lawsuit involving Specific Disabled Child “D”, Moroney v. Collinsville Public Schools, et al, Case No. 26-CV-00058, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by the District’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4), (6) & (7).

(5)          Confidential communications between the Board and the District’s attorney concerning the pending lawsuit involving Specific Disabled Child “E”, Stockton v. Collinsville Public Schools, et al, Case No. 26-CV-00059, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by the District’s attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of District to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(4), (6) & (7).

4. Motion, discussion and vote to reconvene into open session.

5. Statement of Executive Session Minutes.

6. Motion, discussion, and vote to authorize the Superintendent, in consultation with the District’s attorney, to take such further actions as consistent with the discussions had in executive session in regard to Specific Disabled Children “A”, “B”, “C”, “D”, and “E”.
