Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that the ED/LB840 Advisory Board recommended approving up to the 50% of the $4,447.80.  Ourada explained that this is a home occupation and the owner would like to do a commercial expansion in the future.

Motion Carried:
Recommend to the City Council the Diamante Beauty Salon LLC LB840 Application in the amount up to $2,223.90 Carried with a motion by Tom Crisman and a second by Dale Strehle.
