Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that this application is for $329,813.54. The drilling has been done, and the contractors are ready to do the well.  All well tests in the area and sampling have been done.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Pay Application No. 1 for the New Well & Transmission Main Project SRF No. D311654. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.
