Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Crete S&A Pay Estimate No.4 from JEO Consulting Group Inc. for NLC LLC 2024 Crete Street and Alley Improvements. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.
