City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that the mowing fees would be going up and the residential plumbing permits would also be amended.

Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that the Special City Council meeting Budget Work Session will be on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Then the joint public hearing will be on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 and an extra City Council meeting will be on Monday, September 28th, 2026.

City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that claims are forwarded to the League Association of Risk Management (LARM).
