3.B. Lerma Way Addition
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that by state law and city ordinance if you have three parcels or less you can do a an administrative subdivision. This involves more than three parcels. There were some property transfers and there are some subdivisions in multiple places and road dedications. There are property transfers where NEBCO is buying property and donation of property that is being given to the City of Crete. There is a prescriptive easement street that is being turned into a full-size street. NEBCO's attorney and the City of Crete's attorney have been working on this for some time. This is basically a replant of all that property. It now conforms with state law and city ordinance and the county assessor's office will accept it in that current form. The reason this was moved up is due to time being a factor to all involved and they asked for this to get done. Ourada added that this is the only step and should not be confused with new subdivisions that require a preliminary and final plat.
Scott Kuncl motioned and Justin Kozisek seconded to approve the Lerma Way Addition.

3.C. Ordinance 2281 amending administrative subdivision requirements
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada stated that this is minor change and requires three Mylar plats, one paper plat, and a digital copy. Ourada further added that the City requires the three plats and one is for the developer, one for the city and one for the county. When changing this area of the City Code it has to go through the Planning Commission and then City Council.
Planning Commission member Jay Quinn stated that why did it not just say three Mylars instead of making it more complicated. Ourada stated that he asked the City Attorney to change it to reflect that and this is what she came up with. There was further discussion on how the change was written. Ourada explained that this is for any platting that requires mylars.
Jay Quinn motioned and Jennifer Robison seconded to recommend to the City Council Ordinance 2281 amending administrative subdivision requirements.
