Discussion:
Committee member Dale Strehle discussed how someone had brought this to his attention and how one-way signs would help when exiting these alleys.

3.B. Consider the Davis Estates Administrative Subdivision 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how they are looking to take one lot and divide it into three.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Davis Estates Administrative Subdivision. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.C. Consider the Street Right of Way Dedication Plat 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that there is now a dedicated city right-of-way, whereas before there wasn't one. This is a 3-lot dedication, and it is the entrance to the concrete plant. This would be a continuous road of Thornwood.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the Street Right of Way dedication plat. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.D. Consider the Dittmer West Estates Preliminary Plat 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how JEO helped with the subdivision review. This meets the preliminary platting requirements. Anna Burge, City Attorney, added that they will have requirements for infrastructure to be sufficiently completed within a year. A lift station will also be a part of this.
