3.A. Discussion on Norman alley paving project
|
||

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed the LB840 that was done for the alley between Linden and Main. He stated that half the residents in that area, but not the other half, petitioned in the Norman alley. The committee members are to decide if they want to extend the LB840 to this alley as well. If so, there would be a $70,000 change order to add rebar into that alley.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed the request from Sacred Heart is to close one block of 14th Street, from Hawthorn to Ivy for their event. They usually do it on the playground, but that area is currently being worked on.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that the change order involved two things. One is the removal of a tree. The second change was that the engineer recommended staying with the 7-inch paving and adding rebar.
