3.A. Discussion on Norman alley paving project 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed the LB840 that was done for the alley between Linden and Main. He stated that half the residents in that area, but not the other half, petitioned in the Norman alley. The committee members are to decide if they want to extend the LB840 to this alley as well. If so, there would be a $70,000 change order to add rebar into that alley.

3.B. Consider a recommendation to the City Council on the application for Special Event Permit from Sacred Heart Catholic Church 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed the request from Sacred Heart is to close one block of 14th Street, from Hawthorn to Ivy for their event. They usually do it on the playground, but that area is currently being worked on.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve the application for Special Event Permit from Sacred Hearth Catholic Church. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dale Strehle.

3.C. Consider naming of new street to be Yellowwood Ave 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that this would be a newly platted street in front of Blue River Meats.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to adopt the new street name Yellowwood Ave. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dale Strehle.

3.D. Consider the Change Order No. 1 from JEO Consulting Group, Inc. for Next Level Concrete, LLC for the 2024 Crete Street and Alley Improvements 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed that the change order involved two things. One is the removal of a tree. The second change was that the engineer recommended staying with the 7-inch paving and adding rebar.
