Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that it is for projects that have already been approved. Tom also discussed that it is a 30-year loan with almost no interest.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve JEO Advertise and Bid the New Well Transmission Main Project. Carried with a motion by Anthony Fitzgerald and a second by Dan Papik.

3.B. Discussion on the Zoning Amendment Ordinance 2272 Chapter 11 Planning and Zoning Article 5 Dwelling Units, Special Types Shouses 
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how this is a shed house and there are some on the outskirts of Crete. Currently, someone is looking to build one in or near the city limits in zone R1 or R2. City Attorney, Anna Burge, added that the only way allowed is if it is built on 3 acres and with Council approval. No action is required, but a hearing will be held, and that will be after the Planning Commission comes back with a decision.

3.C. Ordinance 2274 vacating easement on lots 1 and 2 of Pine Ridge 3rd Addition
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained that this is the ordinance that was asked to be created for the vacation.

Recommendation was made to the City Council to approve Ordinance 2274 vacating easement on lots 1 & 2 of Pine Ridge 3rd addition. Carried with a motion by Dan Papik and a second by Dale Strehle.

3.D. Resident concern about burn pit property
Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained the letter that was received from the resident who had concerns about the burn pit. Tom wanted to bring it to the Mayor and the Council before replying to the resident.

Discussion:
City Administrator, Tom Ourada, discussed how Horvath Towers did make the changes that the City requested.

City Administrator, Tom Ourada, explained how the City received a new rate from the Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska with an effective date.
