B. Section 551.076 - Safety and Security - The board is not required to conduct an open meeting to deliberate the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel or devices, or to deliberate a security audit.
D. Section 551.072 - Real Property -  A governmental body may conduct a closed meeting to deliberate a negotiated contract for a prospective gift or donation to the state or the governmental body if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.

Consultation with District's legal counsel Closed Session - Trustees will adjourn into Closed Session as permitted by Texas Government Code 551.071 regarding legal and procedural matters involving pending or contemplated litigation.

The Board will discuss and deliberate on matters regarding public school students that include personally identifiable information.
