4. 7:03 Resolution 2026-"60" recognizing James McNally for 60 years of service as City Attorney will be presented.
5. 7:04 Consideration and possible action for a Proclamation designating May 2026 as Historic Preservation Month in Neligh will be held.
6. 7:05 The April 14th regular meeting minutes will be presented for consideration and possible action.
7. 7:06 The treasurer’s report  for April 2026 will be presented.
