  • Football travels to Mt. View Goebo for the first round of playoffs this Friday.

  • HEROS Program - State Shoutout

  • Library Fundraiser

    • Raised $1,615

    • WIll be blessing 18 students with Thanksgiving boxes  

  • Veterans Day Assembly was held on Nov. 11th 

    • Mrs. Depew did a great job with choirs

    • Stuco ran the program from start to finish and all did great. 

  • Thanksgiving Break- 24th-28th 

  • We honored XC on their State Runner- Up 

    • Alexis Nichols will be honored with her jacket on Feb. 9th 

  • Upcoming- 

    • Pk-12 Concert will be moved to the 17th. 

    • Lots of basketball and hopefully a couple more football games. 
6. Consider and possibly take action to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing the employment of, and/ or resignation of any or all employees for the Forgan School District 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)(1). 
7. Board to reconvene in open session, if necessary. Minutes to be ready by the President.

11. Discussion with possible board action, vote to approve or disapprove the Forgan Public School Board of Education regular meeting dates for 2026.(see attached)
12. Discussion with no action the expiring bond issue and the possibility of a new bond issue in 2026 or 2027.
13. Discussion with possible board action, vote to approve the following board policies: BEC- Executive Sessions; GBA-Open Records Requests; GBA-E- Public Record Access Request Oklahoma Open Records Act
14. Discussion with possible board action, vote to approve the attached list as surplus items.

  • Congratulations to Cross Country the state for achieving state runner-up status.

  • Special recognition to Alexis Nickels for earning All-State qualification.

2. Veterans Day Program

  • Appreciation expressed to StuCo for leading fundraising efforts.

  • The Veterans Day program was well-received and considered a success.

  • Thanks extended to all teachers who participated and contributed.

3. Recognition

  • Staff involved in the Veterans Day program will be recognized by the State Department of Education for their efforts.
