On April 29, 2026, the superintendent and director of finance presented the district’s 2026-2027 Proposed Budget to the 14-member budget committee. The committee met again May 13, 2026 for additional discussion and approved the proposed budget at that time.

District Policy DBG/DBH, Budget Hearing and Adoption Procedures, and ORS 294.453, require a public hearing prior to board adoption of the next year’s budget. At the hearing, any person may speak for or against items in the budget document. The approved budget from the budget committee will be voted on during the board business meeting following this hearing.
