Consent Agenda: All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, modification, and approval of the following items:

4.1. Discussion and possible action regarding approving to Pay PO number 730.

4.2. Consideration, discussion, and possible action to award bid packages 1-4 with alternates, and assign those packages to Joe D. Hall General Contractors, LLC, construction manager at risk for Winds West Elementary HVAC project

5. Board will receive training from the Oklahoma State School Boards Association on Whole Board Training, Superintendent Evaluation and Assemble board meetings platform.

|
6. Information Items: The next regular Board Meeting will be February 12, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Western Heights Administration Board Room, 8401 SW 44th Street.
