Property/Tract 2: Consider and take possible action on bids received for the sale of District real property known as the surface only of a 4.5622-acre tract designated as Lot B, La Pascua #2 Subdivision as shown on the Replat of Lots A and B dated August 20, 1998, and recorded in Volume 59, Cabinet G, Page 50, Slide 350-B of the Map Records of Nueces County Texas, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 272 and adopt a written resolution in the form provided authorizing the Superintendent or her representative to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the selected bidder, authorize the Superintendent or her representative to represent the District in connection with the sale of the Property, and authorize the President of the Board of Trustees by Resolution to execute a deed and other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of the Property.

Property/Tract 3: Consider and take possible action on bids received for the sale of District real property known as the surface only of a 1.5290-acre tract of property designated as Block 2, of the Kennedy School Tract as recorded in Volume 59, Page 169 of the of the Map Records of Nueces County Texas, more commonly known by address as 1630 West Oso Drive, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 272 and adopt a written resolution in the form provided authorizing the Superintendent or her representative to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the selected bidder, authorize the Superintendent or her representative to represent the District in connection with the sale of the Property, and authorize the President of the Board of Trustees by Resolution to execute a deed and other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of the Property.
6.H. Property/Tract 4: Consider and take possible action on bids received for the sale of District real property known as the surface only of a 17.9870-acre tract of property out of Survey 150, Abstract 1019, Nueces County, Texas, and recorded in Volume 312, Page 481 and Volume 491, Page 229 of the Map Records of Nueces County, Texas, more easily located by FM Road 665 (Old Brownsville Rd.), pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 272 and adopt a written resolution in the form provided authorizing the Superintendent or her representative to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the selected bidder, authorize the Superintendent or her representative to represent the District in connection with the sale of the Property, and authorize the President of the Board of Trustees by Resolution to execute a deed and other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of the Property.

7. ADJOURNMENT

If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f).  Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting. All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in open meeting. [See BEC(LEGAL)]
