Highway 79, Rockdale, Milam County, Texas (Milam CAD Property ID No. 11836), in exchange for real property identified in the bids received by the District, including possible acceptance or rejection of a bid and authorization for the Superintendent and/or designee to negotiate a proposed real estate agreement for the exchange, with any final agreement subject to subsequent approval by the Board.
