5. The Board will discuss if purchasing buses equipped with 3-point seat belts is within the district’s budget to come into alignment with Transportation Code §547.701(f). 
6. The Board will consider delegating authority to the Superintendent to hire
teachers from March through September, 2026.
7. In closed session, The Board will discuss the following items as posted on our agenda as allowed by Texas Government Code for the purpose of:
1)Texas Government Code §551.074 To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint against an employee.
2)Texas Government Code §551.071 To seek legal advice on pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or matters where the attorney’s duty conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
8. The Board will consider approval of Fund 199 Budget Amendment #7 regarding legal fees.
9. The Board will consider approval of Stipends
10. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for term contract
employees.
11. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for probationary
contract employees.
12. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew contracts for non-certified
contract employees.
13. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew letter agreement for non
certified/non degreed employee
14. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew letter agreement for Grow
Your Own employee
15. The Superintendent will recommend the Board renew letter agreement for Part-
Time employees
16. The Superintendent will recommend and inform the Board of resignations accepted.
17. The Superintendent will recommend employment of professional personnel
