4.A. Approve the minutes of the September 21, 2026 regular City Council meeting.

4.B. Approve Resolution No. 2026-24 authorizing the Mayor to sign the 2026 Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards.

4.C. Adopt Resolution No. 2026-25 setting the property tax request for FY 2026/2027.
|

4.D. Approve the request for proposals for tree removal services as part of a grant initiative coordinated by the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum, Incorporated d/b/a PLANTNEBRASKA, and the USDA Forest Services, which is known as the Tree Removal and Replacement, Tree Planting, and Canopy Care Project and set the deadline to receive proposals as 4:30 P.M. on October 20, 2026.

4.F. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the McCook Area Chamber of Commerce whereby ACE funds will be appropriated for promotional activities that benefit the City of McCook for FY2026/2027.

4.G. Approve the Addendum to McCook Humane Society Agreement, increasing the contract amount the City of McCook pays for animal services for Fiscal Year 26/27 and authorize the Mayor to sign.

5.A. Discussion regarding a potential contract with Sports Feasibility Companies to provide management services at the PFC Gerald L. Walters Youth Sports Complex.

5.B. Presentation from the West Central Nebraska Development District (WCNDD) regarding the results of the Income Survey for applicable planning, compliance, and funding purposes, which includes eligibility determination under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

5.C. Consider the request from Bruce Hoffman to include Cloyd Clark in the naming of the soon to be Kelley Park Arboretum.
|

5.D. Ordinance No. 2026-3123 updating documentation of the speed limit zones on Highway 6 & 34, as well as Highway 83, within the corporate limits of the City of McCook as requested by the Nebraska Department of Transportation.
