Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding negotiations in connection with possible purchase of real property generally located west of and adjacent to District-owned property located near U.S. Highway 77  in Kleberg County, Texas, and authorization for the Superintendent to negotiate material terms within the parameters authorized by the Board and authorization to execute the related preliminary document, subject to legal review and final sales contract subject to approval by Board at subsequent meeting.
