Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071: to consult with the District attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically regarding a recommendation to send notice of proposed termination to Sawyer Stinchfield for good cause.
