G.1. President: The next agenda item for the Board is a public hearing pursuant to the Bond Issue Notification Act of the State of Illinois, hereafter referred to as BINA, to receive public comments on the proposal to sell Funding Bonds in an amount not to exceed $12,750,000 for the purpose of paying claims against the District, namely, the General Obligation Debt Certificates (Limited Tax), Series 2026A, B, C and D, and related costs of issuance.
All persons desiring to be heard will have an opportunity to present written or oral testimony with respect to the proposed bonds. |
