9.B. Consider and Take Possible Action to Approve TASB Localized Policy Manual Update 127, Affecting Local Policies as Attached.

10. CLOSED SESSION - Trustees will meet in closed session as permitted by the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et.seq.

10.A. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, evaluation, assignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of employees pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074. Personnel Matters, specifically regarding routine personnel updates.

10.B. Deliberation and Consultation with attorney regarding potential or contemplated litigation or matters involving attorney client privilege pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071.

10.C. The Board will meet in Closed Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 (Real Property), where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the District in negotiations with a third person, specifically regarding potential facility expansion.

The Board will meet in Closed Session to deliberate a discipline matter involving a public school student, or to hear a complaint or charge brought against an employee of the school district by another employee which xls/raises a student matter, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.082 and Section 551.0821 Student Matters.
