Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Board President. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed. Please provide 10 copies of any handouts.
