9.3 Rejections of 2018-19 Snow Plow Services Bids

Description:
After further review of our Snow Plow Services bid, we have concluded that there was some confusion with the specifications as they related to the (Cleaning and Scraping) component of the bid. We consulted legal opinion and our recommendation follows.
Recommended Action Reject all bids for the 2018-19 Snow Plow Services as a result of specification confusion around the Cleaning and Scraping component on the bid form as presented.
