CONSENT DOCKET:  All items listed are considered to be routine by the Marietta Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate vote on these items unless a Board Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from consent status and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.  

The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration and approval of the following items:

Written minutes of June 29th, 2026 and July 21st, 2026.  

General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 81 thru 145; Building Fund PO #'s 9 thru 12; Child Nutrition PO #'s 12 thru 15; General Fund Payroll PO #'s 50016 thru 50030; and Child Nutrition Payroll PO # 50000.  

Superintendent as purchasing agent for Marietta Public Schools, Authorized Representative for all federal programs, including E-Rate and Child Nutrition, and Designated Custodian for the general fund, building fund, child nutrition fund, bond fund, activity fund, sinking fund, all federal programs, including E-Rate, all state programs and all other school programs and activities not listed for FY 27.  

Renewal of contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs for the 2026-27 school year.  

Renewal of contract with Mary Johnson & Associates for audit services for audit year FY26.  

Renewal of Lawncare Maintenance Service Agreement with Friendly and Fair Lawncare, LLC for FY 27.  

Out-of-State Travel Request for FCCLA to travel to San Antonio, Texas on January 12th - 17th, 2027, for an Advisor Summit and June 20th - 27th, 2027, for the National Leadership Conference.   

Renewal of Memorandum of understanding with Chickasaw Nation Truancy Court Program for collaboration, information and access to tribal and community resources intended to address barriers to school attendance for Native American Students.  

Renewal of Memorandum of Understanding with Chickasaw Nation Early Childhood Program to provide special education services and collaboration for students residing in district.
