10. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
In alignment with the District's commitment to comply with the State's personal finance requirement starting with the 11th grade students in the 2026-27 school year, Administration recommends an increase of 0.5 credit to the District's total graduation requirements. Increasing the graduation requirement by 0.5 credit aligns District expectations with current Michigan Department of Education requirements and enhances opportunities for students to engage in coursework that supports college, career and life readiness.
