4.C. Consider and act on a contingent fee contract with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, PC pursuant to the Texas Tax Code, Section 6.30, and Government Code 2254.1036 - said contract being for the collection of delinquent government receivables owed to the Celina Independent School District.

5. CLOSED MEETING

5.A. Personnel - Pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.074, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

5.B. Real Property - Pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.072, deliberation regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the board's potion in negotiations with a third person.

(1) Security assessments or deployments relating to information resources technology; (2) network security information as described by §2059.055; or (3) the deployment, or specific occasions for implementation, of security personnel, critical infrastructure, or security devices.

6. RECONVENE - Open meeting to vote on matters considered in closed session in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, to take action necessary regarding personnel.
