Public Content:  The August 17, 2026 Legislative Action Meeting Minutes are attached for review and will be on the September 28, 2026 Legislative Action Meeting agenda for approval.

Public Content:  Dr. David Weber, Director of Curriculum, Dr. Ryan Thomas, Supervisor of Curriculum, and Ms. Christine Jenkins, Supervisor of Curriculum, will provide an overview of the Professional Development opportunities in the 2026-27 school year.  In alignment with the HHSD Comprehensive Plan, the Professional Development Plan is a multi-faceted approach, supporting teachers and school leaders to improve student outcomes.

Public Content:  The Administration will review a Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering and construction management services that is currently active.

The Administration will review the proposed recommendation of the following new policy:

Policy #204.1, Virtual Attendance and Wellness Checks.

If recommended by the Board, this policy will be considered for a First Reading by the School Board at its September 28, 2026 meeting.

Policy #822, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) - Last Revised 2009.

If recommended by the Board, this policy will be considered for a First Reading by the School Board at its September 28, 2026 meeting.
