1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Superintendent's Report.

3. Consent Agenda
The following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless a board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The Consent Agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items: 

3.a. Approve Minutes of the previous regular board meeting held on October 12th, 2026.

3.b. Approval of  Purchase order encumbrances for all funds and change orders.
 General Fund PO #'s 177-190 with a total of $21,178.43.
Building Fund PO #s 37-39 with a total of $13,330.00.
Sinking Fund 41 PO #1 with a total of $32,400.00.
 

3.c. Approval of Treasurer's report.

3.d. Approval of Activity Fund Report.

3.e. Approval of Substitutes.

4. Discussion and possible board action to approve the 2027 Board Meeting dates. 

5. Discussion and possible board action to approve the following contracts, agreements, and/ or MOUs for the FY 26-27 school year.

5.a. Oklahoma Baptists MOU.

5.b. Murray State MOU.

6. Vote to convene into proposed executive session pursuant to O.S. Section 307 (b)(2,3) and 70 O.S. Section 5-118 of the Open Meetings Act to discuss:

6.a.1. Tabetha Drake, Certified Long Term Sub.

6.b. Conduct ongoing evaluation of the Superintendent. 

7. Acknowledge the board's return to open session.

10. Discussion and possible board action to approve the following as adjunct teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.

10.a. Gerri Todd Copenbarger, HS English Teacher.

10.b. Amanda Davis, HS Executives Vocal Teacher.
