6. Board discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove Gifted and Talented Committee for the 2023-2024 school year.

7. Board discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove Certified, Support, Administration, and Extra Duty contracts.

8. Board discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove Fellowship of Christian Students club for the 2023-2024 school year.

9. Board discussion and possible action to approve and sign the annual Election Resolution to call for a vote of the people to elect board members to seats numbers 2 and 4 on February 13, 2024 and the annual runoff election on April 2, 2024 if needed.

10. Board discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove sanctioning the Gan's Athletic Booster Club and Gan's Little League.

11. Board discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove OSSBA's proposal of  $7000 for customizing policies and handbooks for Gan's Public Schools.
