IV.J. Board of Education to receive and act upon Superintendent's recommendation to terminate employment of Jennifer Arbuckle. As per 70 O.S. Section 6-101.46 this employee did not request a due process hearing within ten working days of the postmark of the mailed notice and as such waived their right to a due process hearing.
