(Pursuant to 70 O.S. 5-118, 25 O.S. Section 307 (B)

IV.I. Discuss and Vote to Approve/Disapprove Employing Saundra Young as a child nutrition employee for the remainder of the 2025-26 School Year.

IV.J. Board of Education to receive and act upon Superintendent's recommendation to terminate employment of Jennifer Arbuckle.  As per 70 O.S. Section 6-101.46 this employee did not request a due process hearing within ten working days of the postmark of the mailed notice and as such waived their right to a due process hearing.   

IV.K. Motion to approve Kelly Offolter as a 7th Grade Middle School Language Arts (4150 Mid-Level English) Adjunct Teacher for the 2025-26 School Year.

IV.L. Discuss and vote to Approve/Disapprove Transfer of $7,531.35 from Child Nutrition Activity Fund to Child Nutrition Fund for the 2025-26 School Year.

IV.M. Discuss and Vote to Approve/Disapprove the Renewal of the 25-year Lease Agreement with the City of Marlow for Leasing the Property at 407 West Seminole at a cost of $10.00 per year.

IV.N. Discuss and Vote to Approve/Disapprove the Marlow Baseball Team Out-of-State Trip to Arkansas to participate in tournament games March 26-28th, 2025.

IV.O. Discuss and Vote to Approve/Disapprove the 2026 Regular School Board Meeting Dates.

IV.P. Discuss and Vote to Approve/Disapprove the 2026-27 Marlow School Year District Calendar.
