Description:
This transfer coincides with the annual operating funds (formerly $2.0M but more recently $1.4M) that are transferred to construction to cover major roofing and paving projects. This is separate and independent of the increased ad valorem requests revenue that is transferred to the construction fund. This annual recurring transfer will remain even after the increased ad valorem request revenue goes away.

This purchase is for grades K-2. It is state adopted ELA HQIM. The K-2 final reports from MDE include an overall rating per strengths and weaknesses found by review teams. Scores from the rubrics can result in one of three outcomes - Meets, Partiall Meets, and Does Not Meet. Into Reading's final summary score had an overall score of Meets. Review of available programs by our JCSD curriculum department determined that this program would be the best option for our district.
