9.e. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to approve Ziemba Roofing and Company quote for the 2nd floor option #1 and option #2 totaling $8,238.

9.f. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action to approve the bid of $49,000 for the second floor plaster removal and furring project, and consider $4,5000 for exterior window removal & infill.
