Request approval to hire Ms. Amanda Janulis Turley for the substitute FMLA Math Teacher position pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements. Ms. Turley will be replacing Mrs. Katie Smith while she is out on FMLA from approximately January 11, 2019 through March 8, 2019. Ms. Turley will be paid $22.00 per hour per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Mr. Jose Serrano for the Computer Technician position pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements for the 2018-19 school year. Mr. Serrano will be paid $28.06 per hour per the Collectively Bargained Agreement. This position was approved in 2017-18 and was made part of the FY19 budget.

Request approval to hire Ms. Kori Bowns for the Science Resource Teacher position for the 2018-19 school year. Ms. Bowns is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. Ms. Bowns will be paid at the excess time pay rate of $37.10 per hour per the Collectively Bargained Agreement. This program is funded through the Title I Grant.

Request approval to hire Ms. Erica Sobanski for the Environmental Club Sponsor position for the 2018-19 school year. Ms. Sobanski is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. This hire is filling an open position. Ms. Sobanski will be paid at the prorated amount of $974.50 - 2.64% of BA Step 1 per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Ms. Jennifer Holmbeck for the Assistant Badminton Coach position for the 2018-19 school year. Ms. Holmbeck is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. This hire is due to the promotion of the previous coach, Mr. Todd Evans. Ms. Holmbeck will be paid $7,568 for the spring season (12.80% of BA Step 1 ($59,125), Year 1) per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Mr. David Harris for the Assistant Girls Track Coach position for the 2018-19 school year pending successful completion of pre-employment requirements. This hire is due to the resignation of the previous coach, Mr. Art Sullivan. Mr. Harris will be paid $9,460 for the spring season (16% of BA Step 1 ($59,125), Year 1) per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Ms. Emily Sawyer for the Assistant Boys Track Coach position for the 2018-19 school year. Ms. Sawyer is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. This hire is due to the resignation of the previous coach, Mr. Tim Connnelly. Ms. Sawyer will be paid $9,460 for the spring season (16% of BA Step 1 ($59,125), Year 1) per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Ms. Carla Murray for the Head Boys Swim Coach position for the 20118-19 school year. Ms. Murray is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. This hire is due to the resignation of the previous coach, Mr. Chad Croucher. Ms. Murray will be paid $10,643 for the winter season (18% of BA Step 1 ($59,125), Year 1) per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Mr. Taylor Loux for the Head Boys Tennis Coach position for the 2018-19 school year. Mr. Loux is a current employee in the district and all pre-employment requirements have been successfully completed. This hire is due to the resignation of the previous coach, Mr. Eugene Poull. Mr. Loux will be paid $9,460 for the spring season (16% of BA Step 1 ($59,125), Year 4) per the Collectively Bargained Agreement.

Request approval to hire Kayla Moore (Justice) as a Student Aide in the LRC for the 2018-19 school year. This position is open due to the resignation of another student. Kayla will work 1 hour per day, 5 days per week at an hourly rate of $8.25.

Request approval to hire the following juniors and seniors as Student Aides for the IT Department for the 2018-19 school year. The students will work during their free periods and as needed during the winter and spring breaks at an hourly rate of $8.25.

Request approval for the members of the College 101 program to visit Marquette University, 1250 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI on Thursday, December 6, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The chaperones for this visit are Ms. Guldin, Ms. Sanchez, and Ms. Walsh. The cost using Title I funds will be approximately $900 for transportation (First Student) and lunch.

Request retroactive approval for the Argo Badger Wrestling Club to use the Swanson Gym and the Top Gym from November 5, 2018 to February 28, 2019 on the following days and times: Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Swanson Gym only - Sunday, February 10, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pending 75% residency no out of district fee for rental will be assessed. Maintenance fees may still be applied. A current certificate of insurance is required prior to use of the facilities.
