Description:  Radious Guess, Director of Equity and Inclusion, the Deliberative Dialogue process is designed to increase understanding of race, racial identity, and what it means to be anti-racist to a cross-section of education stakeholders and provide them with a forum to discuss new learning and translate it into action to change our education system.  As educational leaders, we know that the strength of our future depends on our ability to examine the reality of demographic shifts in Minnesota, discuss solutions for improving interracial relations, and commit ourselves to action that increases academic outcomes for ALL students, especially our BIPOC students.
