Constant to Settle all of the Clams that the School District has against Defendants MCC Operations, L.P., Moorhouse Construction, the Moorhouse Partnership and Moorhouse Construction Company, Inc., Floor Coving specialists of South Texas, Ltd., Floor covering Specialists, Inc., Garrett Construction Co., Port Enterprises, Ltd., Port Enterprises Roofing, Inc. and J.N. Sanford and Son was duly introduced for the consideration of said Board.
