Discussion to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Memorandum of Understanding between Edgewood ISD, Alamo Community College District, Westside Development Corporation, and City of San Antonio, to, among other things, allow Alamo Community College District to use all furniture, fixtures, and equipment owned by Edgewood ISD and located at the Westside Education Training Center until it is no longer needed and terminable by Edgewood ISD upon 180 days written notice, and any matter incident thereto
