Consider and Possible Approval of Resolution Authorizing Superintendent to Notify Comptroller of District's Authority to Exercise Power of Eminent domain, as Required by Government Code Section 2206.101(b)

Consider and take possible action to adopt a resolution approving the purchase of a tract of land located in Castroville, Medina County, Texas, being all of Lot 5, Block 8, Range 9, City of Castroville, Medina County, Texas according to plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 124, Plat Records, Medina County, Texas and more commonly known as the Southeast Corner of Houston St. and Constantinople St, Castroville, Medina County, Texas ("Property"); authorizing the Superintendent to move forward with the purchase of the Property on behalf of the Board; to tender of the purchase price for the Property, to tender the amount of closing and other costs to the Title Company for payment to the Seller of the Property; and to execute the closing documents and all other documents necessary to effect the purchase of the Property.
